Your scanner comes with an Advanced Unit Exchange (AUE) Warranty. With the AUE program, our goal is to get a replacement scanner into your hands as fast as possible, limiting any service interruption. The warranty process is quick and smooth making any claims stress free.

Replacement Unit - If you encounter a hardware issue, report it to the bank immediately. A replacement scanner will be shipped to replace the defective unit. The replacement unit is yours to keep.

Return the Defective Unit - Place the defective unit in the replacement scanner box. Use the prepaid shipping label and drop it off at any UPS site.
Upgrade your Warranty! The base price of your scanner includes a 1 year AUE warranty. For additional piece of mind, 2 year and 3 year warranties are available for an additional cost.
