Warranty Features
Our goal is to ensure you have minimal disruption in the event there is a hardware failure. With the Advanced Unit Exchange (AUE) warranty, we provide a replacement scanner as fast as possible, limiting any service interruption. The warranty process is quick and smooth making any claims stress free.
Replacement Unit
Upon report of a warranty repair, we will ship a replacement unit immediately.
Shipping
There are no additional shipping fees. We provide a prepaid shipping label to send the device back to us.

Your scanner comes with an introductory warranty.
- Digital Check scanners come with a 1 year AUE warranty. This will provide peace of mind during the first year of scanner ownership.
- RDM scanners come with a 2 year manufacturers warranty.* If the scanner becomes defective after the first 30 days, you must ship it to the manufacturer for evaluation and repairs, which typically take up to 2 weeks. You will be without a scanner during the repair time.
